Job Description

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, helping them navigate their financial journeys, and resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time hourly phone position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Helping customers navigate their financial journeys, providing education and resources to support their financial goals.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless service.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Shifts and Hours

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST. Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods.

Certifications

This role requires no certifications, but we encourage our employees to pursue certifications that align with their career goals and interests.

Location

Our Yutan, NE location is a hub for our customer service team, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, with regular check-ins and team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
