Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Process Customer Orders: Efficiently process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
- Be a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, pricing, and shipping to answer customer questions quickly and confidently.
- Build Business Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
- Help Customers Navigate: Assist customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluency in both verbal and written forms of English and Spanish is required.
