What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships
• Meet sales targets and maximize sales opportunities through proactive outreach and upselling/cross-selling
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
• Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Deliver expert customer experiences, with a focus on building trust, empathy, and rapport with customers

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred
• Courteous and strong customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
