Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work closely with our team to deliver a positive experience, from greeting customers to providing hands-on assistance under the hood. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a warm and friendly greeting to each guest, setting the tone for a positive experience

  • Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their vehicle
  • Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs efficiently
  • Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed, ensuring customers feel confident and comfortable with their vehicle's maintenance
  • Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers

  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  • The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
