Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our store management team to develop and implement customer service strategies that drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and retention. Your expertise will help us to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, setting us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth, customer loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with store management to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers
  • Conduct regular customer service training and coaching sessions to ensure team members are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and retail

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail management

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience in a retail or customer service management role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Certification in customer service or retail management (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
