Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Charlotte, NC location. You'll be responsible for providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to our customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll model and share customer service best practices with your team, helping to create a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Operate a cash register, handling transactions and processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote arenaflex products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Model and share customer service best practices with team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
