Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them navigate their insurance coverage and claims processes. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a company that's committed to growth and development.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls in a professional manner while meeting performance standards, which include average availability, talk time, and call volume.

• Provide superior service to clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Initiate claims and offer subsequent status information to clients.
• Draft written responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Work multiple shifts to provide coverage for our national clients, including weekdays (12pm-9pm EST) and Saturdays (9am-5pm EST).
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Skills and Experience

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or call center experience.

• Ability to prioritize work flow and handle multiple claims simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a call center environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Experience working with claims management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $35,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
