The Role
As a part-time Guest Experience Host, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring our guests receive the highest possible standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge. You'll work in various positions across our attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Party, Costume Characters, and Special Events. Your enthusiasm, assertiveness, and passion for guest service will make a significant impact on our visitors' experiences.
Responsibilities
* Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to Guest Service, demonstrating the arenaflex Values at every opportunity.
- Seek out guest contact and display boundless amounts of fun energy, ensuring our guests feel welcome and engaged.
- Manage extended lines in a safe and efficient manner, while delivering an excellent guest experience.
- Ensure public areas are well-stocked, maintained, and kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department's operating plan.
- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
* 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality with excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Ability to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
