Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently and accurately

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
