Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed
- Processing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and credit checks
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry using our computer systems
- Utilizing a 10-key calculator to perform calculations and data entry tasks
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and dependability
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with accounting software and data entry
- Familiarity with linen rental supply and commercial laundry industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
