Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Castle, DE. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for taking phone, walk-in, and email orders from customers, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

- Take phone, walk-in, and email orders from customers, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.

Essential Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email software. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Experience in the metal and industrial hardware supply industry. - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Bilingual or multilingual skills.
