Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or industrial setting - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
