Essential Functions
As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supplying personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
- Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
- Performing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or a related field
- Certification in CPR, first aid, or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
