Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Live Chat, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prescreening of applications, preparation of paperwork for interviews and onboarding
  • Office administration, including managing small business details and working independently
  • Managing time and responsibilities, including scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
  • Confidently using typical office equipment and computer skills, especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
