Job Summary

As a Customer Material Clerk I, you'll play a critical role in supporting the aircraft maintenance supply chain operations at arenaflex's LCQ-Stores in Lake City, FL. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of customer materials, including receiving, storing, and shipping aircraft parts and materials. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, and store customer materials, including aircraft parts and materials

  • Accurately record and track customer materials, including inventory levels and shipping information
  • Process customer orders and requests for materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping information, and customer interactions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and supply chain operations
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Experience working with aircraft parts and materials, including Boeing and Airbus wide-body and narrow-body jets
