As a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers to effectively determine service needs
• Scheduling appointments for our clients and organizing sales calls
• Dispatching our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issue
