Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You'll be responsible for:
- Fielding important calls from customers, listening to their concerns, and finding solutions to their problems
- Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
- Entering data and prioritizing services using our state-of-the-art computer program
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive results
Key Responsibilities
* Answering customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
- Entering data and prioritizing services using our computer program
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive results
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the home service industry
- Background in HVAC or a related field
- Experience with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
