Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the necessary resources to deliver top-notch care to our clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the necessary resources to deliver top-notch care to our clients

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat employment leads, including candidate information and application status
  • Coordinate with the caregiving team to ensure that all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for caregiving positions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with AidQuest and other external partners to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in caregiving and recruitment, making recommendations for process improvements and innovations

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or caregiving role, with a focus on internal chat employment leads

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including candidate information and application status
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications
