Key Responsibilities

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
  • Keeping the job open with visibility set to 'Internal' to prevent it from going out to job boards
  • Managing and maintaining our internal job board to ensure seamless communication and coordination between team members
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track job openings and candidate progress
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and job management software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry
  • Knowledge of caregiver management software and systems
  • Certification in recruitment or caregiver management
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
