Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming new customers and helping them navigate our Service Center
- Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, addressing their questions and concerns
- Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reaching out to valued customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
- Scheduling appointments and communicating with customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Participating in team challenges and competitions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
- Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
- Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities
- A track record of dependability and teamwork
- Readiness to learn new software and technology
