The Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure they're invested in making our system successful
- Understanding clients' current situation and needs to tailor the best solutions for them
- Ensuring smooth end-to-end implementation processes, training multi-disciplined teams to use our system in person and remotely
- Taking a consultative approach to keep clients engaged in utilizing our system to manage their food waste reduction
- Proactively analyzing client reports and troubleshooting with the client where needed
- Managing KPIs jointly with the client and arenaflex's senior team members to ensure the system is delivering a strong business case
- Collaborating closely with internal teams in different regions
- Taking initiatives to improve internal processes and procedures (in line with arenaflex International)
- Supporting our front-line tech and customer support team with clients' enquiries where required
Requirements
* Degree-educated
- Work experience in a Client Success/Delivery or Project Management/Account Management/Consultancy capacity, ideally within a multi-national organization
- Intermediate level of Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Business-level fluency in Spanish, which will be assessed during the interview process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven experience in challenging and questioning the status quo, suggesting creative and innovative solutions to improve the way things get done
- Results-driven, with a track record of delivering value-added solutions that are intuitive and easy to use
- Excellent attention to detail, with a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data
- Ability to organize yourself, including effective project management and scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done, taking the initiative to help your team members
- Growth mentality and a willingness to learn
