Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Florida. Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, and other customer-related issues
  • Collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:
