Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain open communication with our team and caregivers to ensure seamless lead management
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to identify and address any issues or concerns related to lead management
• Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all lead management processes are aligned with company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, recruitment, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with caregivers and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in using technology, including chat platforms and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
