Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Work closely with our service advisors to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, products, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use our software systems
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicles and automotive services

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., customer service representative, sales representative)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
