Job Summary

As an AI Chat Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-powered chat solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and deploy chat solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our chat solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered chat solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and deploy chat solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize chat solutions accordingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our chat solutions remain innovative and competitive
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on chat solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in chat program management, AI development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality chat solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered chat solutions, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with chat platforms, including Calabrio, is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in chat program management, AI development, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience with chat analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Mixpanel

Skills and Competencies

* Strong technical skills, including programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with chat platforms, including Calabrio, is a plus
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered chat solutions, including NLP and ML
