The Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) team is a critical component of arenaflex's customer experience strategy. Our team is dedicated to identifying and eliminating defects in our systems, processes, and products. Job Summary

As a Data Engineer on the WWDE team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our customer experience. You'll work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that improve our customer satisfaction metrics. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure, developing data pipelines, and creating data visualizations that inform our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze customer data

• Build and maintain our data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer satisfaction metrics
• Develop data visualizations to inform business decisions and optimize customer experience
• Work closely with product managers to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and deploy data-driven features and products
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
