Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Teller/Backup Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodsville, NH. As a Teller/CSR, you'll be responsible for processing customer transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Teller/Backup Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer transactions efficiently while providing superior customer service
  • Offering products and service solutions to customers
  • Providing account services to customers, including but not limited to:

+ Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing + Selling cashier's checks + Balancing cash drawer and ATM + Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission + Ordering cash for branch or service as backup for cash ordering

  • Answering general customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's banking software
  • Cash handling experience and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous banking or customer service experience

  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Experience with cash handling and balancing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
