Key Responsibilities
As a Tele Chat/Phone Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Acting as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone - Providing exceptional customer service by listening attentively and addressing patient's inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism - Utilizing dental knowledge and resources to accurately answer patient's questions and provide guidance on their dental needs and services - Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate and organized patient records - Communicating with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience - Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations - Keeping up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by arenaflex to effectively promote and educate patients - Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system
Requirements
