Job Description
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our players through live chat, email, and phone support
- Ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all players
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with our game presenters and other teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
- Working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our players through live chat, email, and phone support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with game presenters and other teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
- Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Identify and report any issues or concerns to management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
