Job Description

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our players through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all players
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with our game presenters and other teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
  • Working rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our players through live chat, email, and phone support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with game presenters and other teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our players
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns to management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role
  • Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of online casino games and operations
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
