As an Experienced Customer Support Representative (WFH) in Boston, MA, you will be part of arenaflex's dynamic team, working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Ticketing & Booking Support

  • Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements
  • Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before confirming reservations
  • Ensure bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage modifications, cancellations, and rebookings as needed

### Client Assistance

  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations on routes, airlines, and seating options
  • Address inquiries, resolve booking issues, and handle special requests professionally

### Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions
  • Process payments and send confirmations promptly
  • Stay informed on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends

  • Customer service or ticketing experience is a bonus – but we’ll train you!
