Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date travel data in our systems, including client information, travel itineraries, and payment details
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the travel team to ensure seamless data management and efficient travel operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners to ensure accurate and timely data exchange
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and travel operations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for data discrepancies and errors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
