Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Check Calls: Regularly call customers from the prior day to ensure their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback on our service.
- Maintenance Calls: Schedule visits with maintenance customers to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and to identify any potential issues.
- Promotional Calls: Call on customer lists to offer promotions and upsell our products and services.
- Review Follow-up: Follow up on both positive and negative reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- General Inbound Customer Service: Provide general customer service through live chat, phone, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
- Strong Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on multiple tasks and prioritize customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
