Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the check-in and boarding processes, ensuring that customers have a seamless and efficient experience.
- Making gate announcements and ensuring that customers have the accurate travel documentation.
- Physically handling baggage, which may involve tagging and lifting bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
- Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.

Requirements
To be successful as a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED or high school equivalency.
- Age and Authorization: You must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
- English Proficiency: You must be proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Digital Literacy: You must possess basic digital literacy, including the ability to use computers and other technology.
- Physical Ability: You must be able to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and be able to lift bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
