Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support experiences to customers through phone, chat, and/or email
• Answering customer requests and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
• Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with variable hours to match customer demand
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum age of 18 years old
• The right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency)
• Basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
• Friendly and customer-focused in every situation
