Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. • Familiarity with office software and computerized systems for tracking customer interactions. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
