Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits from arenaflex. Your role will be to consult with these families, explain the options available, and help them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with existing and new clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to think like an entrepreneur, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex benefit plans and make informed recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the benefits industry, with a strong understanding of supplemental benefits and their applications

  • Certification in a related field, such as life insurance or benefits administration
  • Experience working remotely, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior team members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes:

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
