Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing personalized support to clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. As a key member of our team, you'll assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims, and schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options
  • Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims
  • Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers
  • Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
  • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior customer service or insurance experience (not required, but a plus)

  • College degree or higher (not required, but a plus)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
