Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing exceptional service with a smile. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, operating a cash register, making pizzas, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers with a smile and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate a cash register and collect payment from customers
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent pizzas while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to arenaflex's grooming standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For

- A flexible individual who is willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and team
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or vocational training is a plus
- A minimum age of 16 years old is required
Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages
