Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, including:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and text communications
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Utilizing our CRM system to manage technical inquiries and follow up on customer resolutions
  • Following policies and procedures regarding escalations and updates
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and demographic information
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

What You Need to Succeed

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to operate independently
  • Proficiency in using various technical devices and systems, including CRM software
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and provide technical support to customers
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:

  • Two weeks of training, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
