Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting simple internet research to gather information and compile findings in a Microsoft Word document or Open Office
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting productivity requirements
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Occasionally interacting with customers via email to provide support and resolve issues
  • Handling customer bill processing and other related tasks as needed

Requirements
