Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote position within the eastern time zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals through phone, email, or other communication channels - Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues - Inspire trust by being courteous, empathetic, and a service professional in every interaction - Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Training and Development

- Training will be conducted virtually, with a 9-week Benefit & Eligibility training program (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST) - After completing the initial training, you will be pulled back into training for an additional 12 weeks to further develop your skills and knowledge - Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Permanent Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 8:10 am to 4:40 pm (EST)

Requirements

- Experience in a production environment - Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns - Strong computer navigation and typing skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
