Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Insights team, working remotely (WFH) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive navigation and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions.
• Gaining understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Creating reports from initial idea to production, communicating results to a wide range of audiences.
• Utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Guiding less experienced staff, working in cross-functional projects, and regularly presenting to the board.

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficient in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear-cut data analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Microsoft Power BI.
• Alteryx.
• Python/R.
• Automation.
• Income Information.
• Basic Accounting Information.
• Proficient in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
