Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Amazon Data Entry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
  • First Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, or email.
  • Guiding Customers: You will guide customers online regarding website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters.
  • Query Resolution: You will refer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Order Processing: You will assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
  • Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory to apply. However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
  • Location: Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this Remote Amazon Data Entry position.

Essential Qualifications

While a background in customer service is not required, we are looking for individuals with the following essential qualifications:
