Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating in-depth knowledge of our products to customers to help them choose the most suitable product and place orders
- Providing high-level customer service and responding to service inquiries, following up on customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Coordinating with other functions (Operations, Finance, Product) to resolve ongoing issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and company products and services to help drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer satisfaction focus skills
- Fluency in English; bilingualism is a plus
- Hardworking and detail-oriented with a young, dynamic, creative mindset
- Always be curious and always learning
