Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, assist with loan applications, and gather feedback to improve our services. Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring they understand their funding options and application processes.

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Issues: Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns with a positive and empathetic approach, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the loan application process, explaining product benefits clearly and providing necessary resources to help them navigate the process.
  • Gather Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and relay it to the team for service and product improvement, ensuring we're always delivering the best possible experience.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with funding specialists, tech support, and other departments to ensure seamless service for our customers.
  • Onboard New Customers: Guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their journey with arenaflex.

Requirements

1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Although training is available for the right candidate, we're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service or related roles.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Business Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools is required.

Nice-to-Haves

Business Finance Experience: Previous experience in business finance or lending processes can be beneficial in this role.
