Role Description

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for entering prescriptions into arenaflex's FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems with accuracy and speed. Your attention to detail will ensure the quality of information being entered, and your excellent communication skills will provide exceptional community and resident support via telephone and email.

Responsibilities

* Interpreting and entering of prescription orders: Accurately interpret and enter prescription orders into our systems.

• Profile-only data entry: Enter profile-only data with precision and speed.
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
• Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally: Monitor emails and messages, responding promptly and professionally to ensure timely communication.
• Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the well-being of our communities and residents.
• Adjudicating insurance claims: Accurately process and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Leads by example exhibiting the CORE Values each day, adheres to MMP Behavior Standard: Demonstrate our core values and behavior standard in all interactions.

Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management: Proven experience in healthcare data entry or medical record management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois: Hold a current certification and license as a pharmacy technician in Illinois.
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus: Familiarity with FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack systems is a plus.
• Timely and accurate data entry skills: Possess strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills: Present a professional image and provide exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail: Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and work under deadlines: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
