Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative on our Aetna Remote team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
