Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries related to their health plans, billing questions, and other service-related concerns. This role is pivotal to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to effectively communicate and solve problems will be key in this role. You will be supported by world-class training, allowing you to develop your customer service skills further.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Provide accurate information about our services and products. - Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Document and update customer records based on interactions. - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
