Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist on our live chat support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling live chat inquiries and data entry tasks remotely, utilizing various software tools and platforms to manage and track data effectively.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests and data entries, providing exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary software and platforms to manage and track data, ensuring seamless integration with our global customer experience team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong interest in the film and entertainment industry: You'll be working with a leading streaming service, and we're looking for someone who's passionate about the industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with global market analysis and experience with customer or service platforms: You'll need to have a solid understanding of global market trends and customer behavior, as well as experience working with customer-facing platforms.
• Ability to reside in Comoros during the internship: While relocation and housing support may be provided, you'll need to be willing to relocate to Comoros for the duration of the internship.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in software programs: You'll need to be proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), as well as other software tools and platforms used by arenaflex.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work independently: You'll be working as part of a global team, and we're looking for someone who's able to collaborate effectively, work independently, and manage their time efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail and strong judgment skills: You'll need to be able to process data accurately and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
