Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team and support customers through moments that matter in their work and life. Whether it's helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you'll be caring for our customers' meaningful life moments.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits, such as:
- Health and wellness
- 401(k) retirement savings plans
- Pension plans
- Leaves of absence
- Payroll
- System navigation
Your role will encompass dynamic investigative work and continuous case management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Our goal is to delight customers by skillfully solving complex issues with empathy and dedication, ensuring not just satisfaction, but genuine happiness with our service.

Essential Functions of the Role

Skills and Qualifications
* Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
- Active Listening: You'll be responsible for actively listening to customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Telephone Etiquette: You'll be required to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Basic Computer Skills: You'll be proficient in navigating multiple computer applications to assist customers.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $14.99 - $15 per hour
